About defective products
  • If the product is clearly defective, damaged due to packaging defects, or the wrong product was delivered, we will accept returns, exchanges, or repairs within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • In the above cases, we will pay the shipping costs for returning and reshipping.
  • The product is manufactured by cutting small boards and pasting them together, so repairs may be done with putty. Regardless of the size, in that case, the product does not fall under the category of defective product.
About returns
  • If the product is clearly defective, damaged due to packaging defects, or the wrong product was delivered, we will accept returns, exchanges, or repairs within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • As all products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience.
    We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
    1. If you contact us more than 5 days after receiving the product
    2. If scratches or stains occur at the customer's expense after use.
    3. In case of customer's circumstances such as wrong image, wrong quantity etc.
    As all items are made to order, the color and color scheme (based on black and white disposable chopsticks) of the exchanged product may differ from the returned product. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Application expiration date We will apply for purchase when we receive your order.

About the warranty
We do not enclose a warranty. When contacting us, we will need the order information contained in the email sent after placing your order, so please be sure to keep it as a substitute for your warranty card.

Notes
The warranty is limited to products that break down during the warranty period under normal usage conditions. The following cases are not covered by the warranty.

  • Malfunctions due to misuse, repair, disassembly, modification, adjustment, etc.
  • Malfunctions caused by the environment, such as when used outdoors or in high humidity areas (e.g. kitchen, etc.)
  • Failure or damage due to movement, dropping, transportation, etc. after receiving the product
  • Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or other natural disasters
  • Failure or damage caused when used onboard a vehicle or ship
  • If there is a clear discrepancy between the details of the defect you returned and the details of your request for replacement.

  • If you purchase a product from a place other than our store, such as an auction or a recycle shop
